Το όμορφο, πρόσφατα ανακαινισμένο Εunoia apartment βρίσκεται στην περιοχή Γιαννικάκη στο Ληξούρι της Κεφαλονιάς. Είναι μια ήσυχη, οικογενειακή περιοχή μέσα στη φύση, τις ελιές και τα αμπέλια, ενώ απέχει λίγα μόλις λεπτά από το κέντρο της πόλης (8 λεπτά με τα πόδια από την κεντρική πλατεία, 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το λιμάνι). It is 25 m2, has a small separate kitchen room with all the amentities bathroom with a big shower, washing machine,smart tv and fantastic sea and town views. The views are provided both inside the bedroom with a very large window ,but also from our private shaded veranda.Free parking is available on the quiet public road

Επίσης το λιμάνι της πολης απεχει μολις 2 λεπτα απ' όπου μπορείτε να μετακινηθείτε με το ferry boat προς το Αργοστόλι.

Our beautiful cottage is located in a calm area, only 12 minutes drive from Lixouri (6,7 km). Some of the highlights include the lovely/large patio, garden and private parking space. The cottage is in the heart of the nature, offering you ultimate moments of relaxation. The nearest beach is Lagkadakia beach (4-5 minutes by car). Everyone is welcome to stay at our home and we look forward to hearing from you! :)
