Edithvale garden and beach retreat

Tranquil retreat suitable for one or two couples or family. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Overlooks native garden and walking distance to beach. Heating and cooling includes reverse cycle air conditioner, gas free standing pot belly and ceiling fans in all main rooms. Please note that if there are only 2 guests each of whom requires a bedroom, it will incur an additional cleaning and linen fee for use of the additional bedroom. This cost needs to be negotiated with the owner.

In the garden of our beachfront home, is our studio cottage. Beautiful Chelsea beach is just out the gate. Our studio cottage has a full kitchen with dishwasher and bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet. The main room has a large TV, double sofa bed, single sofa bed and comfy queen bed. There is NO separate bedroom. A dining table with up to 4 chairs. There is a washing machine also. The courtyard has a covered pergola with outdoor furniture Children's playground park close by

This sun filled beach house is only 400 metres to the beach, 500 metres to the train station and 300 metres to shops, restaurants and bars. Bonbeach is the doorway to the Morning Peninsula. The local beach is pristine and fantastic to swim at. A maximum of 5 guests is allowed INCLUDING infants. Free undercover parking on site. A cot and high chair is available on request. The apartment is situated on a private Lake. You have access to the beach and lake and can also go for a swim. Great Pub and many other restaurants and lots off takeaways in walking distance. (5 – 10 minutes) Many shops just around the corner. Bus-station 2 minutes. Closest Train station is around 20 minutes walking distance in Carrum. Yes it has Air-conditioning and free Wi-Fi and a Netflix account is also available.
