Your stay at Red Cottage will be comfortable, easily accessible, and minutes away from Canton, Waynesville, and Maggie Valley. The circa 1950’s Cottage is fully renovated inside and out. Beautiful front porch and lovely sitting area in the rear of the Cottage. We are climate controlled with a mini split HVAC to keep you toasty warm in spring, fall, and winter and comfortably cool in the summer. Internet access and TVs in the living room and master bedroom. Featuring your own private waterfall and river front is Tarhelia Falls surrounded by 2 1/2 acres. This traditional home located in scenic western NC offers peace and tranquility. AWD drive or 4 wheel drive vehicle is recommended, to best drive up the gravel road. If you do not have 4 wheel drive I can give you tips to make it up the driveway. Please adhere to the 10 mph speed limit on the gravel road accessing the property. Other owners walk their pets at various times of the day.

Attention: we are open and the Indian reservation is open I40 and 26 is open to travels. the great smoky mountain hwy 441 into Tennessee is open. Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Refresh, recharge, and reconnect with those you love. There is no internet access but time to spend with family. Light you a fire in the outdoor fire pit and look at the stars. If you love running water, there is a small branch of water beside the house. Plenty of outdoor space
