This 400 sq ft studio cottage and deck offer Catskill Mountain sunsets and seclusion, one mile from Main Street, featuring Otto’s market, Universal Cafe, a wine shop, laundromat and more. Once an apple storage barn, this recently remodeled loft features two bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, beautiful original pine floors, gas fireplace, central air, cook’s kitchen, and a large outdoor deck overlooking open fields and a pond. We are dog friendly up to 2 dogs. There is a $50.00 fee per dog. NO CATS.

Clermont is the place to kick off your Hudson Valley visit. Our spacious 4 bedroom renovated 19th century farmhouse sits on our 10 acre farm distillery. We are 20 minutes from Hudson to the North and Rhinebeck to the South, 10 minutes from Red Hook or Tivoli/Bard College, and 1 hour to the slopes. If sampling the Hudson Valley's beer, cider, wine and spirits is on your list of things to do, this is the place for you. 2 wineries, 1 cidery, and 2 breweries are within 5 miles of us.

A 620 sq ft. fully private suite with your own entrance in a beautiful early American eyebrow colonial. The mid-century farmhouse style is highlighted by a darling kitchenette. And don't forget the bathroom hot steam shower! Please note the kitchenette has an induction stove top and convection air fryer toaster oven. It's a great for light cooking. Although it is an apartment on the ground floor of my house, you will have your privacy with a separate entrance off of the driveway which is for guest use during the stay.
