New appliances throughout. 10 mins walk to Farmers market, 5 mins drive to Clevedon village, Hunua and mountain bike tracks. 15 mins drive Duder reserve, Kauri Bay Boomrock. 20 mins to Maraetai beach and Beachlands for the ferry to the City. max people 8 (6 staying, 2 visitors) Friendly cats will visit, if you have allergies this won't be for you. The walkway to the beach is across the road from the bottom of the property, short 5 mins stroll to the beach. Designed as a romantic getaway, with 4 post bed, hot tub & amazing night skies. Expansive outdoor deck with louvre pergola room and outdoor seating. BBQ available on request. Stay, play, relax and unwind. Also available onsite Tranquil Coastal Escape two bedroom guest suite, sleeps four.

Cottage in the Countryside

This self-contained cottage is located on our 1.5 acre property, 10 min from Hunua Falls in south Auckland. It offers a separate bedroom, bathroom, and living room plus basic kitchen. Built in 2016, it is fully insulated & double glazed. Enjoy the rural outlook from the deck. The cottage is situated 20m from our home, but private. We ask that you are respectful of our neighbour; no parties/loud music. You will need your own transport, parking is available. Not suitable for children.

The Tiny House

Originally an implement shed the 'The Tiny House' has been recently renovated into a magical luxury retreat....only 35 mins from downtown Auckland, 20 minutes from the airport. Expect to see endless countryside, rural animals, ponds, native bush while sitting in the wooden hot tub soaking it all in and watching the sunset. Expect to have peace and serenity ...the perfect escapism from the city and work stress... you will never regret it! Winter or summer you will be delighted.

A peaceful , private , luxuriously appointed replica of an original NZ Settler's cottage located in the heart of Karaka. Lovely spaces to take advantage of both morning and afternoon sun, stunning gardens and view , a tennis court and swimming pool . Spacious Italian tiled bathroom with walk in rain shower and luxury toiletries. A separate dressing room . Gloriously comfortable Sealy Crown Jewel Bed with Frette linen , and a pillow selection. Lovely studio suited for a couple (also has a large day bed in the same room) Situated 2kms from the heart of Clevedon with a country outlook. Shared spaces include: Swimming pool, Tennis court, in-ground trampoline, gas BBQ and 2.5 acres to walk around and enjoy a landscaped garden. Clevedon offers walks, bike rides, Farmer's market on Sundays, local beaches, vineyards. Host well versed on what is happening around the region including polo, restaurants and activities.

RELAX SO CLOSE TO AUCKLAND

Located only 60 minutes from downtown Auckland or Auckland International Airport (traffic dependant) this is the perfect escape from the city or base to explore Auckland. Relax on the deck and enjoy Rangitoto Island in the distance. Close to Kauri Bay Boomrock and a great location to relax before or after that big day. Bike friendly being only a Ten Minutes drive from ForFourty Mountain Bike Park, perfect location for a biking weekend away. Absolutely no parties

The Bus Depot.

The Bus Depot is a rustic retreat overlooking the beautiful firth of Thames. A beautifully restored 1979 Bedford bus which has all the modern comforts but still retains original features of the bus, this area has sleeping for two along with kitchen area, fridge, gas stove and a dining area on the covered deck. From the daybed to the loft space or going for a walk on the farm or just sitting in front of the fire you can enjoy the views at this outstanding location.
