There are excellent bus services giving access to most of the city and a local train station which also links to the national rail network. The early 18C cottage is a part of our home but totally self contained. It retains many of the features of the time and is full of character. The two doubles are a good size and have wardrobes and shelving. Both have tea and coffee making facilities. The property enjoys two bathrooms; each close to the each of the bedrooms. There is a large lounge with a wood burning stove, ample seating, TV/DVD player and a piano. The large kitchen has a range, microwave cooker and dishwasher.

Woodside Lodge - Is an exceptional architect designed barn conversion. Sitting on the entrance to extensive private woodland, whilst located within our own 2 acres of beautiful gardens. We created this stunning Lodge with its large windows, cathedral ceiling and luxurious facilities. Ensuring we had a state of the art home that would take our guests breath away! We could have created two or even three bedrooms from this space but decided less was more.

Part of Avon Farm Estate, The Dovecote is a fabulous, open-plan, single-storey, contemporary retreat, with everything you need for a romantic break, including a hot tub. The king-size bedroom with en-suite walk-in shower, the fully equipped kitchen with bar and dining area and the spacious living area with a free-standing wood burning stove are immaculately presented. Two, well-behaved dogs* are welcome.

Old Stables, hidden period gem, spectacular garden

Hillside Stables is a separate annexed building, to the main house, a hidden period gem with spectacular gardens. This Grade II Listed home and family house, dates back to 1715 with some extensions c.1820. We renovated the separate old stables building to build a mezzanine king-sized bed deck and shower room in this completely separate private annex, with its own entrance.
