Recently renovated hand-built log cabin with amazing outdoor space. Very cozy and comfortable. A great family hangout space, indoors and out. One bedroom/loft/sofa bed. Close to Nemacolin Woodlands Resort, Frank Lloyd Wright's Falling Water, Ohiopyle, and many outdoor activities including rafting, hiking, biking, and kayaking. There's a smart TV for those rainy or cold days, as well as some games and books. A beautiful spot to simply relax, and a great base location for your next adventure.

Fern Hill Cabin - rustic cabin near Deep Creek

Enjoy a comfortable rustic cabin with two bedrooms, one full bathroom, a powder room, spacious living room, kitchen and a dining area. Outside you can relax on a large screened porch or by the firepit under a blanket or stars. Some of the most beautiful areas such as Swallow Falls, Herrington Manor and Rock Maze are only a short drive away. Enjoy skiing at Wisp Resort or boating and swimming at Deep Creek State Park. Many wonderful restaurants and fun things to do are also a short drive away.

As seen on HGTV. This non-smoking tiny house is close to Sunset Beach Marina and the Lakehouse restaurant. Quiet setting. Views of lake and marina from the deck. New loft air conditioning unit added in May 2022. No more than two guests per tiny house. Beautiful outdoor deck with propane grill. It is a perfect location to be away from all the downtown hustle and bustle but still be a short drive from the football stadium for gamedays!

Trillium Acres Hilltop is next door and Trillium Acres Guest House is a short walk through the woods next door, for larger groups needing more accommodation.
