My place is close to great views, sea, great beaches, surrounding islands - pag, rab, historical ruinings... You’ll love my place because of the view of the sea from the whole apartment especially from the huge balcony. There are a lots of beaches you can reach in minute or two. The apartment is in the brand new building just few meters from beaches but also has it's own swimming pool, sundeck,fireplace. Brand new interior design by famous arhitect. Quiet central studio with balcony

Calm, cozy studio with balcony, perfect for solo or couple travelers located in the city center, just steps away from basically everything. It is located on the 4th floor with no elevator. The price for first two months is as shown on the web but if you want to stay longer, every following month off season would be 800 eur/month. The loft consists of one open space (lounge area, kitchen and loft bed), balcony overlooking Petar Kružić Stairway (Trsatske stube), and a bathroom.

View from the top

My flat - loft is very comfortable, it has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and big kitchen such a dinning room and living room and the view from the balcony is something that you can not explain with the words. You have to feel it! You will have private parking behind the house. It is 10 min away walking from the city center and the beach.
