Perfect for nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts, the cabin has all necessities, similar to a tiny house. Nestled near the gardens, and surrounded by quiet rolling hills. Enjoy with door step delivered breakfast, or book a guided hike with estate owner and learn about medicinal plants and flowers, the topography of the land and a farm fresh picnic lunch on the peninsula of our lake.

Whether summer or winter this is the perfect place to enjoy WNY nature at its best and get away from it all. 2 bedrooms open to open plan living, kitchen and dining. Onsuite master has a second electric fireplace and deck access.

Our home is a warm and welcoming cabin located 5 minutes from Kissing Bridge ski resort and a short walk to Sprague Brook Park. The park offers three stocked fishing ponds plus hiking and bike trails. It's a 35-minute drive to Buffalo, a 15-min drive to historic East Aurora, 25 minutes to Highmark stadium, and an hour to Niagara Falls. You will have entire access to the cabin,which includes a master bedroom, full kitchen, living room, loft, and bathroom. The cabin is enjoyable year round.
