Kućica je prvenstveno bila namijenjena za uživanje obitelji u njoj i ugošćavanje prijatelja uz kamin,dobru hranu,vino i vatricu. Zato i ima veeeliki stol i klupe. Uredili smo ju po svom guštu, sav namještaj izrađen je od drva. Pri uređenju se nismo vodili time da sve mora biti usklađeno i da paše već time da nama bude lijepo,ugodno i funkcionalno. Kako smo s vremenom došli na ideju da bismo mogli iznajmljivati, nadamo se da će i svim gostima koji se zateknu u njoj biti isto tako lijepo i ugodno.

Bazen za plivače je površine 40 m2 i visina vode 1.35 cm. Villa Pietro nalazi se u malom selu Čabrunici ,okružena prirodom . Idealno okruženje za opuštajući odmor . Opustite se sa svojom obitelji u ovom ugodnom smještaju u mirnom mjestu udaljenom 6 km od mora. Na raspolaganju vam je dvorište sa predivnim bazenom i vanjskim kaminom. Uz osnovni objekat nalazi se i pomoćni objekat sa ognjištem i mjestom za zabavu (biljarski stol i stol za stolni nogomet). U osnovnom objektu nalaze se tri spavaće sobe, dva kupatila, velika dnevna soba i kuhinja. Na raspolaganju su i dvije uređene natkrivene terase.

In 2018 we fell in love with this over 100 year stone house and renovated it in the last years. The house is located in a small village not far from Rovinj and the sea. It has three air-conditioned bedrooms with three double and two single beds. In addition, our guests have two bathrooms and a large kitchen with living and dining area. The 700m2 mediterranean garden has a pool (27m2) and a covered summer kitchen with a grill.
