The cottage features 3 spacious bedrooms, each on its own level; a fully equipped kitchen; great room; dining room; laundry room; and a 2nd-floor loft accessing the 16'-wide balcony. A 20' x 12' deck offers space for outdoor relaxing and dining and opens to the yard with fire pit.

Your stay includes the upstairs of our beautiful home: 2 huge bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a dining area, and a balcony. (Your hosts live downstairs, so we share an entrance.) No kitchen or laundry access. Enjoy easy access to the Creeper Trail, which runs right alongside the river, through the property. A 2 bedroom cabin that boasts a well-stocked kitchen, a family room/dining area, oven, dishwasher, AC/heat, Smart TV and Wi-Fi. A large, partially covered porch with a gas grill, has gates on both entrances to help keep children/pets safe.

Fishing is available along the river bank or just relax on the private gazebo. All of the conveniences of home with much more relaxation!
