Driveway for up to 4 cars. Guests have private access to full main floor of home (I travel often and will not be on site during your stay). Valid STR Permit.

Welcome to Urban Renewal. Located minutes from the airport and a few miles from downtown, it's the perfect location to take in the city, but retreat to the quiet and calm for a restful night. This space is newly renovated and connected to our main house through a door locked on both sides. You have a private entrance with off-street parking right outside your door. We're conveniently located in the middle of Donelson, which has many local restaurants and small shops.

Our place is great for 2-4 guests who prefer privacy AND convenience to airport, d’town, Opry. King bed, 2 Roku TVs, well equipped kitchen and bath, Starbucks coffee, small outdoor patio. This is truly a home away from home that’s safe (alarm/security cameras), away from downtown traffic, private and quiet with lots of Southern charm. 4 min to BNA. 15 min to Opry Mills Mall/Grand Ole Opry , 15 min to downtown. Welcome to the guest suite at High Point Farm. A lovely suite with bathroom attached to our 160 year old Farmhouse. Our beautiful 5 acre farm is only 15-20 min from downtown and a 1/4 mile from a scenic park with hiking trails. The cottage has 2 lovely courtyard gardens with benches and tables that are wonderful in the mornings and evenings to relax in. Our suite has beautiful views and has its own outside entrance.
