We have a lower level private space for our guests with 3 bedrooms and 5 beds, bathroom, desk area, laundry, kitchenette, dining area, family room with tv area , foosball, Infinity game table, and lots of board games . The space is a beautifully remodeled and modernized 2,200+ square foot basement apartment with noise reduction materials throughout. **This is the basement of the house. I live upstairs and will most likely be home. You have the hot tub to yourself and welcome to the grill and firepit (weather/conditions permitting).

I regulate the AC and heat however there is a fan and heater. If you want more or less just ask. You can have a third guest I have a Full size futon.
