Stay at our beautiful lodge-themed private guest-house on our 23 acre homestead and relax in the indoor jetted tub or the outdoor shared nine-person hot tub. Enjoy the sounds of nature and experience the truly-amazing, gorgeous, and breathtaking views with a rustic country charm that includes waterfalls, walking/hiking trails, goats, chickens and fish that you can feed, a pond with boats, an apiary, streams, gardens, fields, woods, and much more nature. Parking available. There is a one time fee of $50 for your pet(s).

Our place is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood just off the interstate - 10 minutes from Syracuse University, LeMoyne College, hospitals and downtown. It is just minutes away from Starbucks, Panera's, Wegmans and numerous other restaurants and shopping facilities. It is also very close to the Erie Canal trail for walking, jogging or biking. We have chosen to go with an Adirondack theme with our decor. We live just across the street and you will enjoy total privacy when you stay.

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this spacious, centrally located home. Close to SU, LeMoyne, ESF, St Joseph’s hospital, Crouse & Upstate. Enjoy the large kitchen and separate dining room, and relax in the living room. You can look forward to a great nights sleep in our 2- king beds in our master suites, or a full in the guest room. If you don’t require full use of the house, please let us know and we can adjust the cleaning fee prior to your booking.
