It has a full size bathroom with a modern shower panel and modern quiet heating/cooling system. The kitchen is small so there is no oven; instead there is a microwave/Air fryer/ Oven Combo. A two burner cooktop and a toaster /Coffee maker combo. The Futon turns into a comfy queen bed. Plenty of parking space available on the property as well.

This walkout basement is like a fully furnished apartment; totally independent, nothing is shared with our guests. It is located in a peaceful newly built neighborhood with in couple of miles to Southland mall, recreation center and close to Airport. Has its own private access and gate.

It is a full house with a kitchen, dinning room, huge living room with a large wrap around couch. 2 bedrooms one that sleep 6 and one that sleeps 2 and 2 more sleeping areas if you want to sleep on the couch. Your pets can come with you. It has a tall fenced in yard and a covered porch to sit and enjoy watching the horses as you rest and have a hot cup of beverage. 2 TV’s. A laundry room we share for a small fee of $5 a load

Entire Basement with private Entrance/Gaylord/DIA

Kick back and relax in this entire basement for up to 4 guests. You will have a kind bed, 2 futons sofa bed, a small cooking area, some gym equipment, a fridge, a 65 inch TV and more. You get your own bathroom. House is located in a nice neighborhood and 10 minutes from DIA (Tower rd and 64th). Also within 15 minutes walking distance from the Gaylord hotel. Since this is a basement studio, you will hear people walking above but this is a quiet house.

Lil Lincoln

Gorgeous, serene environment with sights that amaze! The Lil Lincoln sits at an elevation of 9,560ft. and was originally built on the Western Slope of Colorado in the 50’s and was moved in 1965 to it’s current location near Woodland Park. The story behind the move was that a doctor moved his practice in 1959 to Woodland Park. He wanted his nurse to join him, she said she'd move if he moved her cabin. Well he did, and so did she.

The Beach House ⚓️

Our walk-in basement sleeps 6. The 1st bedroom has a queen bed and was painted by my daughter to depict an underwater aquarium. The 2nd bedroom is pleasant blue, set up for children, includes a single bed and a bunkbed. A pack and play is available for a baby. A small kitchen area includes a table for 6 and a microwave, coffee maker, hot plate, and fridge. The bathroom was recently renovated and will pamper you!
