This location is unbeatable! The townhouse is a half mile walk to Sanford Stadium and downtown Athens. Perfect for gamedays, college visits, or just a weekend getaway to the Classic City. The apartment has all the amenities. A two car garage, 60" TV and wifi, Keurig, fully furnished kitchen, and two spacious bedrooms with queen beds. We love sharing our Athens experience, and you'll love the comfort and atmosphere. Pets are welcome for a $45 additional fee (unfortunately no dogs over 50lbs)

The Bungalow is part of the main house with a separate, PRIVATE entrance through the backyard.

Pet-Friendly Backyard Studio Retreat

Relax in our quiet townhouse retreat. *note: the bathroom is on the second floor. Downstairs is a living area with sofa bed and a queen-sized bed. It’s perfect for two guests but also great for children or three adults. Our converted garage uses space heaters in each area. Check the upstairs ledge for the heater/AC remote to control the window unit. Our kitchenette has only microwave available. NO OUTSIDE APPLIANCES ALLOWED. Upstairs is a large bathroom and listening area with turntable.

Located on a quiet street the heart of the Boulevard Historic District, you can walk to Downtown or Normaltown in just 10 minutes. This house has two bedrooms, eat-in kitchen, covered front porch and back deck. Wonderful neighborhood restaurants and yoga studio, and school with playground are just a block away. This is the perfect place to stay for friends, couples and families. Mature, well-behaved dogs (2 max) are allowed for an additional fee of $50, or $100 per week for longer stays.
