The property is under ten minutes walk from the Crosshill train platform which is less than 10 minutes from the city centre. Hampden Park (Scotland's National Stadium) is less then 10 minutes walk so very convenient for gigs and sports games.

Travelling by car we are 30 minutes from Glasgow and an hour from Edinburgh, in addition to being 20 minutes from the World Heritage Village in New Lanark.
