Cottage in the pines 15 minutes from the ocean

Cottage in the woods 15 minutes from Ship Bottom, Long Beach Island. Quiet' cozy, tranquil setting in quaint seaport town. Tuckerton Seaport and bay beaches 2 miles away. You will have the run of the main floor which includes a back bedroom, large bedroom with fireplace, couch and TV. Open plan living room, dining room, kitchen, music room and enclosed porch. My home is kid friendly but no Pets please due to allergies. Our beloved home has hosted music events, tea parties, now YOU! Welcome!

Waterfront Wonderland! Close to LBI

RELAX... Waterfront studio apt. under main house. Private entrance. Modern, clean & so serene. Paddleboard on the beautiful saltwater creek & view the Osprey and Swans. Take the canoe out or go for a bike-ride. Enjoy grilling & evening summer fun. Also there is a large screened porch to read, nap or enjoy your morning coffee. We are pet friendly too! Please no crabbing or fishing on the property. Quiet neighborhood w/no loud parties but we do encourage music, late nights, & laughing out loud:)

Sea Meadow - Peaceful Scenic Waterfront Home

Relax and retreat with whole family at this peaceful water front home, which is located in a prime location for kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, hiking, touring and enjoying the great outdoors. The sun room directly over looks the water and bay and is a great space to enjoy a picturesque meal. Long Beach Island's beach is only 15 minutes away. Atlantic City is approximately 35 minutes away. There are wonderful restaurants, eateries and shops in the adjacent Tuckerton and Long Beach Island.

This one room studio (no separate bedroom/kitch)in the Edwin B Forsythe National Wildlife Refuge and is a bird watchers paradise with 366 species of birds observed and documented here.Look up Edwin B Forsythe and you will see info on the visitor center with walking trails.) Steps to a private dock for crabbing, fishing or your water toys. Tranquility abounds but close to AC, Brigantine, Historic Port Republic & Smithville Village! This is a fisherman’s wharf clean and comfortable. Not fancy.

The Little House is a quaint place to stay during your time in the South Jersey area while visiting friends/family, wineries & breweries, the beaches or the city of Philadelphia - also close to the soccer fields that host many East Coast leagues. The Little House is perfect for a business traveler, couple or an adult & child for weekend tournaments. We live on the property in the main house coined the Brown House. You will have complete privacy, but you may see us around eating al fresco!
