The Villa in stunning Edgewater is centrally located to Lakeside shopping centre, and Yellonga Nation Park with a beautiful lake. The Swan Valley and Yanchep National Park are only 25 minutes drive away. Crown Casino also 25 minutes and Edgewater train station a 4 minute drive to travel into bustling Perth. Apartment comes with a new full kitchen with everything you’d need for your time here, plus an addition door to the bathroom for extra privacy and block out curtains in bedroom/lounge.

Beautiful large self-contained private apartment attached to main home, with own entrance and patio. It has a large open plan living space, with TV Netflix & Stan. A kitchenette and dining area and a separate bedroom and bathroom. The kitchenette has a large fridge/freezer, an induction hotplate, microwave, electric frypan, air fryer, Nespresso coffee machine and toaster. It does not have an oven. The bedroom has a quality Queen bed and linen. The bathroom has full-size bath and shower.
