For those who don’t know the area, this is your chance to explore it-local style! Downhill to the closest beach, 3min by car or 10min walk. Uphill on the way up (15 min walking unless you are super fit) through secret paths for the more adventurous. Restaurants, supermarkets, windsurfing, 5min by car or 22min walking. We offer 2 free MTBs during your stay to explore even more ;)

Giana's Seaside House Sithonia Halkidiki

A recently renovated family home, surrounded by a 4000 m2 garden right in front of one of the most beautiful beaches of Chalkidiki and a great view to the Gulf of Mount Athos. Enjoy a relaxing holiday with your family or friends, swimming at any time with stops for eating, relaxing, reading a book, or a walk in the countryside. Many other activities are available nearby, including scuba diving, horse riding, daily cruises to Mount Athos, visits to archaeological sites or traditional villages.

My place is on a slope planted with olive trees and pines and a nice view to small capes, Kassandra and mount Olympos. There is a proximate access to the road that connects village Nikiti with village Marmaras. The building is consisted of two separate houses (both of them are for booking) and it has an extended, planted and safe garden. The house is suitable for a couple or family of three. It's 400 m away from the beach Elia, 2 km from Kalogria. Access to nature beauty through a footpath.

There is a self check in system allocated at the location. You will be provided with all the needed information prior to your arrival.

The villa is situated in front of one of the most beautiful, sandy beaches of Chalkidiki, in the second peninsula, Calogria beach. The villa is an entire home (200 square meters) of three floors in a big garden (700 square meters). We hope that our guests will feel like home. Our house is ideal not only for a family but also for larger groups of friends. The house is also friendly for families with kids as there is a lot of space for them to play.

The beach is very close on foot. The main square of village with markets and restaurants is only 7 minutes' drive.
