Walking enthusiasts will enjoy walks from the back door straight on to the North Downs Way and there is a bench by the front door fitted with a heated element, perfect for warming up your walking boots. Outside the house is surrounded by garden with amazing views over stunning countryside.

A stunning duplex, period conversion arranged over the top two floors of this Georgian House in Little Venice, Central London W2. There are two flights of stairs to the apartment which is then arranged over the 2nd & 3rd floors of the original house. The master bedroom, reception room, kitchen are all located on the 2nd floor. A beautiful internal glass spiral staircase leads to the top floor where you will find two further large bedrooms. There is a small roof terrace at 2 floor.

There is also a loft bedroom accessed by a hidden door with a king size mattress suitable for older children or couple. Perfect for families, but note there is no enclosed garden.
