Spend your morning walking over two miles of private trails (when open) throughout the property and enjoy evenings sitting around the fire pit. Hate cleaning fees? Us too, so we've decided to eliminate it for our rentals-just please clean up after yourselves. Dog friendly with a $50 NON-REFUNDABLE fee. Dog must be noted on your reservation.

We are far enough outside of the cities of Charlottesville and Scottsville to provide peace and quiet, but just a scenic 20 minute drive to Scottsville and 40 minutes to Charlottesville.

We are a working farm so you may encounter us, but will respect your privacy as much as we can. You are welcome to "free range" with our sheep and enjoy exploring the property. Sometimes our lambing season (pretty much year-round) will offer bottle babies that you can feed and cuddle.
