If you want to get away from your busy, daily lives, relax and unwind with the sound of birds in the background then this is the place for you. This is not the place for late night hot tub parties! You certainly won’t forget your time in this intimate Garden Room sunken into the grounds of our garden with stunning views of our paddock/ old orchard and surrounding countryside of the beautiful village of Hernhill. We have great sunsets in this area which you can watch from the Garden room.

From bed to beach in 45 seconds. Welcome to Marina Beach House, a two bedroom-flat located a mere stone’s throw from the water. The building is a converted Regency-style townhouse, located in trendy St Leonards, with an excellent selection of independent restaurants and cafés, eclectic art galleries and antique shops, and museums close-by. Marina Beach House is the perfect apartment for short lets or longer stays in St Leonards. For singles, couples, friends, or small families.

The beautiful village of Bridge is a 20 minute walk or 2 minute drive where you’ll find a Michelin star pub/restaurant, other beautiful pubs with amazing gardens and a wide variety of village amenities such as shop, hair dresser, pharmacy, optician and cafe.
