L'appartamento è situato in cima ad una collina,non distante dal centro e dai normali servizi (5 minuti dal casello di Civitanova Marche).Questa posizione permette da una parte una situazione classica degli alloggi di campagna,come calma e tranquillità,ma dall'altra parte,non ci si trova totalmente isolati.Infatti siamo a metà della strada che collega ben due paesi distanti qualche centinaio di metri.L'altura inoltre concede all'ospite una vista spettacolare sul paesaggio circostante.
