Our place is located on beautiful Wilmington Island, half way from Downtown and Tybee Island a GREAT LOCATION. The views are amazing marsh, creek, and Johnny Mercer Bridge. We are very close to local restaurants, arts culture, parks. Our place is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with children bring or rent your equipment P&P, gates ECT). Owners lives on site apt. attached. This is a cottage/bungalow the ceilings are a little lower than normal.

Short walk to Singleton beach or Burkes beach. This oversized 4 bedroom 4 ensuite is the perfect retreat close to everything the Island has to offer. The home features a screened in pool with TV and adjacent ping pong table. The open concept living space is perfect for entertaining with access to a large porch and grill. The property is steps away from Chaplin Park that hosts Tennis, Playground, Soccer, Baseball, Basketball, Trails and Fields for the kids to play. Sleeps 12.

Peacefull and private

Peacefull and private. The RV is a 2017 38ft motorhome. It is parked next to a 1/2 acre pond with fish, ducks, ospreys, egrets, lots of other wildlife. You have your own porch over the pond. There are walking trails. It's located about 3 miles from downtown Bluffton and about 5 miles from Hilton Head Is. Full sized fridge, and full kitchen. There is a large awning. There are also horses, goats, pigs, ducks, chickens, ferrets, baby racoons and squerrals.
