Maison à Ioulis, Kéa, Cyclades

Kéa - les Grecs l'appellent aussi Tzia - est probablement la plus secrète des îles de l'archipel des Cyclades. Reliée au continent depuis le port de Lavrio (1h de bateau), c'est une grande île montagneuse dotée de superbes plages. Peu connue des touristes étrangers, attachée à ses traditions, elle est parsemée de moulins et de chapelles et sillonnée de sentiers de randonnée. Parmi les « must » : la sculpture d’un lion géant dont la tradition prétend que toucher le bout de son nez porte bonheur et le site antique de Karthea, en surplomb d’une crique sauvage. L’harmonie est partout, la vie coule paisiblement. Ioulis, la bourgade principale, à 10 mn en voiture du port, est un gros village piéton bâti en amphithéâtre. En son cœur mais à l’écart de l’animation, la maison à louer est construite sur trois niveaux. Typiquement cycladique, elle jouit d’une vue panoramique depuis sa terrasse : en contrebas, la mairie et sa place ombragée de platanes, les toits du village et la colline de Kastro ; au loin, la mer, le cap Sounion et l’île d’Eubée … Décorée avec goût dans le style local, la petite maison offre un confort simple. Couchage pour 6 personnes max., salle de douche,WC, cuisine, possibilité de barbecue. Nous recommandons une voiture pour pouvoir accéder aux plages les plus sauvages, "via" des pistes de terre, mais il est possible de s'en passer, des bus assurant la navette avec le port et les plages principales.

Within a distance of 3km someone can find 4 beaches for swimming.

This beautifully decorated house in located in a unique spot at the very edge of Otzias beach. With its very own beach rock with platform and umbrella, you can have a very private swim & sunbathe. The house is close enough to have easy access to taverns, golden sandy beach, kiosk, sport courts and children playground, and far enough to be completely and utterly private. You can watch busy summer life from a close distance or turn to the other edge of the house, away from any gaze.

Authentic Kea island house

Authentic kea house is located on a cliff with a beautiful view, quite remote but also close to places and combines a rural life with comfortable modern elements. The house is close to the stores, restaurants and beaches and provides the perfect spot for authentic Greek vacation! It has one big main room with two double beds and two single comfortable sofa beds in a second area that locks from the other. There is a big spacious veranda for relaxation and view of the sunset.
