Agradable casa en el corazón de Frigiliana.La casa dispone de tres plantas,la del medio está la cocina,salón más sala de estar y un pequeño baño.La planta baja hay un dormitorio de matrimonio un baño con ducha y un pequeño espacio con cama individual, la planta altera dispone de dormitorio de matrimonio, baño con ducha y una terraza con hermosas vistas al mar y al campo .La casa no tiene piscina pero a pocos metros está la piscina municipal donde en los meses de verano se puede disfrutar .

Casa Clementine

House in the center of the village refurbished 100% (in 2019). Close to everything but without noise, five minutes to beach. 2 bedrooms house with 2 bathrooms and a living room with kitchen. The house has two floors with a large patio that looks at the living room and the bedroom upstairs. The main bedroom upstairs has a double bed, the bedroom on the ground floor has two single beds, and in the living room there is a sofa bed for two people. The patio has a shower with hot water.

This house is located in the Andalusian mountain village of El Acebuchal, in the heart of the Sierra Almijara. It is 45' from Malaga&Granada, 20' from the beaches of Nerja and 15' to Frigiliana. It is surrounded by a Natural Park so the last 2km are a little bit narrow and irregular. The magic, silence & stars are just amazing. 🌳🏡🌲 Ah! Se cobra una fianza de 500€ que será devuelto a la finalización y se incluye un gasto de luz de 20kw día.Si el consumo es mayor se cobrará aparte. Está prohibido que entren en la casa personas que no sean los huéspedes así como realizar fiestas y ruido que molesten a los vecinos. No está permitido fumar en el interior

La casa está abierta al mar y al paisaje. En la primera planta predomina el diseño contemporáneo. Las habitaciones están ubicadas en el segundo piso, con un enfoque minimalista e isleño.
