Great area for relaxing, fishing, boating, and taking in the lake life moments of Sodus Bay near by. You can also take a day and travel to the several wineries and breweries nestled in the Finger Lakes Region. This is a recently renovated home with three bedrooms and several modern details. The Lake House is 1800 sq. ft. of complete relaxation. Dock your personal boat out back on 50 feet of the beautiful Oneida Lake South Shore and feel free to use the Paddle Board w/life jacket, the Kayaks w/ paddles or the fishing poles provided for Guest use. Prepare wonderful meals in the fully equipped kitchen or on the Gas Grill to eat outside or inside. Enjoy the evening scenery on the spacious deck or in the hot tub with friends and family awaiting the spectacular South Shore sunsets!
