Top floor of cottage on the ocean with view across the straits to Nanaimo/Vancouver Island. Short ferry ride from the mainland. Located on the Sunshine Coast with incredible natural attractions and scenery. Ocean access directly in front of cottage. Skookumchuk Rapids is about 1 hour away. Gourmet dinning is just a 1. 2 kilometers walk away along the Ocean Beach Esplanade. Lots of kite and wind surfers, boats and barges pass in front of the house. Picnic on the beach and the sandbar out front.

One of Bowen’s favorite Cottages. Fondly known as the ‘Caboose’ as it's a separate living space from the main house located at the back of the property. A 10 minute drive across the Island from the ferry and the amenities of Snug Cove. Close to Tunstall Bay Beach, the oceanside trail and beaches in The Cape and one of the west side access trails to hike up Mt Gardner. Suitable for a quiet retreat for singles or a couples only. Buckhorn Farm Bungalow is located on ten-acres near the north shore of Orcas Island. This family vacation cottage enjoys a wonderful country-farm atmosphere but is only a 5 minute drive from the village of Eastsound, our island's version of “downtown.” Guests can easily walk or ride bicycles along level roads to restaurants, shops or to the nearby semi-private beach to enjoy beach strolls, tide-pooling and spectacular views from Mt. Baker to Vancouver Island.

Our cottage is within walking distance to the Driftwood Center, Cidery, Marina, and Winery!
