This home did *NOT* flood during the hurricanes. It’s fully functional. Direct/Private saltwater access in the backyard, fishing off the dock, HEATED pool, waterfall, paddle boards, kayaks, basketball hoop, beautiful backyard garden, garage gym, sauna. Family friendly neighborhood. Always professionally cleaned. I do my best to create a clean, fun, amenity filled space for families. The Starry Cottage

Ideally located in the Village of the Arts amongst dozens of art galleries, cafes, and restaurants all within walking distance. For example, The Adobe Lounge offers coffee and kava and is only a 2 minute walk. Downtown Bradenton is mile away (a 3 minute drive, 20 min walk) with its own collection of breakfast cafes, restaurants, shops, and bars, a brilliant farmers market, and a beautiful riverwalk. Some of the best beaches in the America are only 15 minutes away by car.
