Bel appartement de 75m2 au village de Garraf, max pour 4 personnes. Vue à la mer, balcon, à 2 minutes de la plage. Ville très calme et bien communiqué en train ou en voiture, à 15min de Sitges et à 35min de Barcelone. Location touristique par semaines mai-octobre. Le loyer mensuel octobre-mai n'inclut PAS les services (eau, gaz et électricité). Une caution de 150€ doit être laissée en avance jusqu'à la réception des factures. Veuillez lire et accepter les règles de la maison avant de réserver.

We ask our guests to take into account the size of the apartment, 36m2. The apartment is not suitable for children of 12 years old and under, and we are unable to accept them. As from 2023, the official Government Tourist Tax is 2.00 Euros per person per night.
