The kitchen is fully stocked with all appliances including a Keurig, microwave oven, and toaster. The Lake House sits on a quiet road but is convenient to both I-40 and the Parkway in Sevierville.

Great location: Less than a mile from the spur (Parkway). Conveniently centered in between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. 10 mins from Dollywood. Quiet small lake with catch and release fish and resident ducks. All on 1 level making it great for all ages! Once you go up 3 stairs from the driveway the entire house is on one floor including the deck. Listed as 3 bedrooms but also includes 3 private bunk rooms for the kids. So 6 adults and 6 kids make up the 12 guests. Max - no exceptions.

The Reilly Lodge, 20 acres of private property, close to Great Smoky Mountains National Park and Dollywood. Custom designed home and almost all the woodworking was handcrafted by the owner.
