Refurbished Duplex Apartment in Historic Italian Village

This two bedroom, one bath unit offers private parking for up to four cars; private entry; it's own patio and a semi-private backyard (shared with the other side of duplex). A nice double-sized air mattress is also available with extra bed linens. Also included in the unit are a private W/D for use, ironing board, toiletries, wifi, ROKU and a fully stocked kitchen. Guests have access to half of the parking pad in back (fits up to four cars, stacked). Directly behind their side of the unit. We live in the unit next door. We are available as needed and you may see as as we come and go but aim to keep our interactions limited so as not to interrupt your experience. However, if you should need anything we are there to help. Located in historic Italian Village and part of the vibrant Short North Arts District, the neighborhood is rich with activity. Worth checking out are the new gym, brewery, and pool. The area is filled with galleries and dining destinations. Fortunately so much entertainment can be had within walking distance. However, Columbus does have Uber, Lyft, Bird Scooters, Lime Scooters (and Bikes), CoGo (Free city bikes) and more. Rustic and Modern Downtown Getaway

Just 1 mile from downtown. Close to the best of Columbus nightlife/downtown bars restaurants and shops. Close to the short north and 5 miles from CMH airport. This 3k sq foot home has been fully remodeled and updated with a rustic/modern feel. With 10' ceilings and 3 finished floors there is plenty of room to breathe. The Bexley Abode is in a prime spot: mins from attractions & highways but tucked in a quaint part of Cbus. It is home-y and conducive to a family or solo visitor. My husband & I remodeled and designed it with thought and sentiment. Nice home near downtown Columbus

Nice house near downtown and the charming German Village area with two bedrooms. Walking distance to parks, coffee shops, and local restaurants. Nine miles to Airport, only 2.5 miles to the Convention Center. Free on street parking and easy to get an Uber. Licensed host. 1,600 sq. ft house has wood floors, two bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a fenced in back yard and a washer and dryer. No smoking. No parties. One pet with pre approval. Perfect home for 2 to 4 guests to experience Columbus.

Cozy historical 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath home in the heart of German village just steps away from coffee shops, restaurants, parks, and the book loft. This home is on a tree lined brick street and has tons of character. The house has an open floor plan with family room kitchen and and dining room all looking out onto the deck and patio. The back yard is full of charm with several seating areas, fire pit table, and fountain. This home can sleep 6 people in beds and 8 with air mattresses.
