The cozy cottage can accommodate 4 adults & 4 children with a queen size bed, a sleeper sofa in the living room, plus an overhead loft area with two full mattresses for the kids. These rentals come fully furnished with a private bathroom, linens for the downstairs, air conditioning, TV, and a kitchen with full appliances. This home is within 2 miles of the outlet mall. Only 15 miles to New Braunfels. Texas State and the San Marcos River is also within 2 miles. Downtown area with Cafe on the Square and Grins are college populareateries. Gruene, Tx with the Guadalupe River for fun and tube floating is also 5 miles away. It is our personal home and I closed off the 3rd bdrm. Popular Gruene, TX is only 5 miles out and COTA 40 miles.
