Large outdoor deck to enjoy sunny days.Easy access to public transportation. Just one block from bus stop, 3 blocks from light trail station or a short walk to NY/NJ Ferry station. Walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores/supermarkets. We highly recommend our space for those using public transportation as street parking is limited.

INCREDIBLE STUDIO CLOSE TO MANHATTAN VERY CHEAP

This is a 400sf studio brand new, renovated, with refrigerator ,microwave, toaster, coffee maker, Saki induction cooker, utensils, new bathroom, queen bed, iron, iron board, hair dryer, hangers, towels and linens provided. For extra people will be an extra of 10 dollars per person per night and a queen air mattress provided. For info about the entrance and AC/ heat see Guest interaction. For entertainment the TV set is connected the Roku Ultra streaming device with movies/ music/sports/news...

This is an entire private studio with separate entrance on ground level for guest to enjoy their stay. The newly renovated studio is placed in a safe and quiet neighborhood of New Jersey. This location is well centered with easy 24/7 public transportation just minutes away from Times Square. This minimalist studio is fully furnished with a 55-inch TV screen, wifi, bathroom and kitchen essentials, towels, large mirrors + pillow top mattress with fresh sheets. There is no parking on property.

Visit NYC w/ budget & free parking

Frequent buses right in front of door step, bring you to time square in 30 minutes! Simple completed private studio apartment with free parking space (must reserve 24hours before arrival) and all the basics you need to visit the big apple. Step outside of the house, you will have amazing manhattan skyline views. There is a huge park two blocks away from us. To benefit family of 4, we had two twin beds will set up for the 3rd and 4th guests to use only.
