Pemzashen is surrounded by ancient settlements, early Christian chapels and V century church located in the village and 2 medieval churches at the edge of village. It is 5km far from the Harichavank monastery, and 20 km far from Gyumri.

There is a garden and outside area. Includes wifi. Owners speak Russian, German, and Armenian. They cannot speak English, but can get translation help if necessary. The guests stay upstairs in their own area. The house is very close to the town center where there is plenty of restuarants to eat at.
