This cute little self contained studio cottage is situated in our back garden surrounded by a lovely garden and fruit trees. It has been beautifully decorated and is very well equipped. At the back of the cottage in a private fenced off area surrounded by grape vines is a spa pool for you to enjoy a romantic evening under the stars or just soothing those tired muscles. Complimentary pastries or muffins, fruit bowl, chocolates, tea, moccona coffee or plunger coffee, milo, milk & bottled water.

Wainui Beach Studio, Gisborne

Our tiny house is tucked away on a peaceful semi-rural lane, offering an ideal stay for individuals or couples. Just a 5-minute walk to Wainui Beach and a short 5-minute drive to downtown Gisborne, you’ll have easy access to both Gissy’s most scenic beach and the city center. We have basic bikes available to use - perfect for a leisurely ride around the area. Whether you’re here for a relaxing beach break, a work trip, or a surf session, our cozy tiny house is the perfect base for your stay.

Come and relax in our sparkling clean studio located in the back of our peaceful garden. It is close to the CBD/waterfront - 3 mins by car or flat 20 min walk. Enjoy a private deck, comfy beds (either a king or 2 singles) , 2 lounge chairs, a compact well-equipped kitchen- hot plate, microwave, BBQ (no oven), tables for dining inside and outside, watch a good sized TV, freshen up in our modern bathroom. Off street parking & bike lockup. Free WIFI, no cleaning fee. No children under 10.

Modern architecturally renovated studio Tuki Tuki

A beautiful little studio in the magical Tuki Tuki valley. Incredibly peaceful and in a very scenic location looking over a small vineyard to the river. Handy to Napier, Hastings and Havelock North. A perfect location from which to enjoy Hawke’s Bay events. The studio has a small kitchenette but no cooking facilities. Bbq available. Perfect for short stays. A short drive to the cycle ways, wineries, trout fishing and beaches. Breakfast for $25 per person may be available on request.

The Hutch - rural boutique accomodation

Our boutique style accommodation is on Endsleigh road which is 4km south of Havelock North. A 30 minute drive from Napier airport. Set in a rural farm setting The Hutch is a peaceful and quiet retreat close to town. Lie in a stunning outdoor private bath under twinkling stars, and experience the night time sounds of nature. The Hutch is set in an established garden next to our house and is seperate. There are Continental breakfast supplies for the first two mornings of your stay.

Retreat- pool/hot tub/bikes/ close to town.

Our sleep out has been refurbished to a high standard with quality linens and locally made products. It is located in the back garden of our art deco home, with use of the hot tub and swimming pool (not heated). Close by are the delights of Napier including wineries, cafes, restaurants and art deco architecture. Push bikes are available for your use with Napier town centre 1.6km . There are no cooking facilities but a basic breakfast is provided.

The Little Blue House on the edge of Ahuriri

Our Little Blue House (42 sqm) on the bottom of the hill by Ahuriri will provide you with a perfect home away from home. Completely renovated inside out with friends and family in mind! We believe the little things make the biggest memories. Inside, we have striven to provide everything you might need for a relaxing getaway. Less than 4 min (350 m) easy walk to the safe little beaches in Ahuriri and only minutes away with the car to Napier centre.

Jervois Cottage

To the rear of our family home is Jervois Cottage, a fully self-contained one bedroom unit, fully insulated, double glazed and heatpump. Toiletries, tea, coffee and towels are provided. Jervoistown is a quiet semi-rural neighborhood. 10 minutes drive to Napier or Hastings. 5 minutes drive to the Church Road and Mission Estate wineries. 15 minute walk to Greenmeadows supermarket and cafe. Smoking permitted outside only.
