The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and utensils. The laundry room is also accessible. This listing is attached to my house but we are quiet neighbors!

This 2 story cottage apartment has excellent views and access to water. We live on the property but in a separate home. Very quiet wooded neighborhood. Water access at full pool, and always water views. This is relaxing at its finest. But if fishing is your thing..we got that too. Charging available at water, 1 boat launchewithin 1/2 mile distance. 3 restaurants within 1 mile. We are located in Six Mile area. You can just sit on the main back porch and relax with us.

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Pineland itself is located halfway between Sam Rayburn Lake and Toledo Bend Lake, a perfect location to launch your fishing adventures. We are in the center of town, so the rumble of the sawmill and occasionally the train can be heard. This house is equipped with all the supplies you'll need for an easy stay, from kitchen equipment and dishes to linens and towels.

Unit is Smoke Free, No Pets and No Parties. Check in at 4 pm and check out by 10 am
