Studio 'A' - Small Gem On The Busy Road

Welcome to our well located small and modern studio between Perth City and the beach! A great starting point with 5min walk to Glendalough train station which gets you to bars and restaurants in Leederville in 5min and Perth city in 10min. The home is on a high traffic road (that can get a bit noisy) but the convenience and parks for cycling and walks make up for it. Shopping (IGA), Subway, Pizza, Pharmacy, Bottle Shop, Massage & Petrol Station are in walking distance 600m down Harborne Street.

Rest a while at Roselea Retreat. Then venture out to discover & enjoy the sights & sounds of Perth. This upper floor, self contained, guest house is spacious, comfy & airconditioned. Roslelea retreat boasts lovely views to a lake and delightful tree lined park opposite. The lake precinct is a great place to go for a walk, see local birdlife, find quiet contemplation or work out on the free exercise machines. Best suited for short term stays. Suite 1 is part of our house. It has its own entrance, and consists of a bedroom, a small bathroom, kitchenette (kettle, toaster, bar fridge, microwave - not suitable for cooking full meals), and sitting area on front verandah. 20 mins bus ride to the centre of Perth. Walking distance to cafés, restaurants, shopping centre, and lake. NB: - NO SMOKING on the premises. Those requesting to book must comply with this. Also check Suite No2 by same host.
