Situated on the outskirts of the lovely town of Knighton, ideally placed for countryside walks and exploring Offa's Dyke and Glyndwr's Way. Only a 10 minute walk to the town centre with its cute little shops and plenty of pubs, restaurants and cafes. Makes the perfect base for exploring the area. PLEASE NOTE there is no cooker installed. Beautiful shepherd's hut set in stunning rural surroundings on the host family's organic beef and sheep farm. Rustic and comfortable. With wonderful views, log burner and stove, king size bed and fold-down table. Plus wood-fired hot tub, fire pit, outdoor shower and eco toilet. Off-grid (no wifi). A free bucket of wood is left inside the hut for the log burner. If you would like to use the hot tub then this is an additional cost of £20 to be paid on arrival. Must book hot tub on booking

Honeysuckle shepherds hut with hot tub on farm

Our charming honeysuckle shepherds hut sleeps two people and is set in a beautiful orchard in rural Herefordshire. The hut is situated on a working farm so you'll see lots of animals including cows, pigs, chickens and ducks. It has a comfy double bed, kitchen and ensuite with full toilet and shower. It also has a cosy log burner for those colder nights. The hot also boasts a wood fired hot tub, Perfect for a romantic couples getaway in a picturesque location.

The lorry is a comfortable off grid living space with solar lighting and 12v or usb charging facilities woodburner and gas cooker. Set in 12 acres of oak woodland and pasture with views of nearby Hay Bluff, and only 3 miles from Hay on Wye With its own compost toilet and shared shower it has simple sustainable facilities Ideally suited for guests who want to be close to nature and an ideal location to cycle, walk, canoe or just relax and get away from it all.

Come and take a walk on the wild side in our lovingly restored horse lorry; Bertha. Whether you want to trot into town, jump into the River Wye or canter to the nearest pub, we're sure we'll have something you love. Located within 500 acres of our Herefordshire family farm with plenty of walks & plenty of pubs. For those that want to delve a little further, The Malverns, Forest of Dean & South Wales are a stones throw away.
