Please Note: This property is not accessible with trailers or boats because of the tight turns on the road in. It is no problem for standard size cars or pickups. Come enjoy our Mountain Getaway nestled in The Nantahala National Forest and only 3 miles from Main St. in Franklin. You will enjoy quiet solitude after a full day of hiking, biking, white water rafting, or viewing some of our many waterfalls. Your GPS will get you to our door but feel free to call if further directions are needed.

Private Backyard Waterfall Apt | No Shared Spaces

Our charming apartment is nestled in the woods with a prime view of your own private 15 ft waterfall in the backyard. Enjoy peace & tranquility while reading a book on the hammock or warm up by the chiminea while watching the fireflies scatter about the woods. The creek is approximately 3 ft deep at the bottom of the waterfall. The property is surrounded by State Forest. If the apartment gets rented, the rest of the house is blocked from being rented. You will not be sharing ANY space.

This is our 2nd Airbnb at our same mountain top location overlooking Western Carolina University and Cullowhee NC. Listed as being in the top 1% of All Airbnb based on customer satisfaction. The apartment is a 1965 square foot 2-bedroom with a king-size bed in each bedroom. A full kitchen, a very large living dining kitchen area, a private patio, a gas log fireplace, huge TVs, and a jaw-dropping view of WCU and Cullowhee NC and yes a killer hot tub to soak in the view. Waynesville is alive and well after the devastating floods that hit our area on September 27. Our area has been heavily impacted, but Main Street along with all of its shops, restaurants, bars, galleries, etc. are open and welcoming visitors as always. Frog Level lost several shops but the brewery and coffee shop are still open. Check out all that downtown Waynesville has to offer from this hip newly renovated apartment.
