The bath has a luxury shower and dual vanities. It has a full kitchen stocked with cookware, Direct TV, and large family room. Very close to Leesburg and local wineries and breweries. Linens and towels, soaps, shampoos are included.

Cozy West Virginia Treehouse

Thanks for checking out our treehouse! It’s 4 minutes from downtown Shepherdstown and 15 minutes from downtown Harpers Ferry. We are excited to share it with other fun-loving folks! The treehouse has heat and AC, a tiny kitchen with a mini fridge, stove top, toaster oven, gravity-fed sink and kitchenware. There’s a bathhouse built on the back of the host’s home with a conventional toilet and shower. There’s also an outhouse with a light and essentials. We provide wood for the fire pit also.

This full apartment is located above the barn. It is convenient to downtown Leesburg, Morven Park, and Loudoun's many wineries, breweries and festivals. Most suitable for adults seeking to relax, recharge, and rekindle in a rustic environment. There is generally very good cell service but there is no Wifi.
