Completely updated in 2015 with full kitchen, two full baths and two bedrooms. A perfect place to relax, listen to the surf and watch amazing sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids).

It is nestled in the lush tropical landscape of Spinnakers Vacation Cottages. You will find Cabin 2 is a perfect spot for an island getaway. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and certain size breed and weight dogs. Spa maintains same temperature as pool.

It is a quick walk to world class beaches of Bradenton Beach and Anna Maria from our 2br/1ba beach condo. Our home comes with a comfy King size bed, 2 twin size beds and also a pullout couch in the living room. The Lay-Z-livin’ condos is located centrally in the Bradenton Beach community, 5 min car ride from the famous Bridge Street and Coquina public beaches. There is also beach access located directly across the street. Pool hours are 8a-10pm.

8 mins to Downtown, Vinoy Park, clubs, bars and coffee shops. We are 14 mins to Treasure Island Beach, 10 mins to Gulfport, 5 short blocks to Pinellas Bike Trail and a 2 min walk to Central Ave Trolley and the SUN RUNNER which takes you to the beach and/or downtown.
