Since the property is in rural Sussex, it is best to have a car at one’s disposal. However, short distances to venues such as Leonardslee and South Lodge can easily be reached on foot or by a 5-minute taxi ride.

Ideally situated to explore West Sussex we are close to Petworth, Parham House, Arundel and the South Downs National Park. Ideal for walkers and cyclists, the village has an award winning real ale pub with great food, a village shop and an Indian restaurant. There are nature reserves and stunning walks and only 15 minutes from Gatwick, access to the airport couldn’t be easier. The historic towns of Dorking and Reigate are a short drive away and have a great range of shops, restaurants and antique shops.
