Exceptionally clean and has every thing you need for a short weekend or an extended stay. Eff has full size kitchen and washer and dryer. It has two seating areas outside, one is covered and one under the stars and ambience lights around firepit. There is two grills provided, one gas and one charcoal to suit you. This house has 1 bedroom with a queen bed and a full bath/shower with plenty of vanity space, living room with TV/satellite, WIFI and kitchen that is open concept, new and working appliances, laundry room, half bath, wet bar area, front and back porches and an outdoor swing! The property is gated!

Horner’s Lake House

We are 5 miles from beautiful lake Sam Rayburn. You can fish all day or evening, come home to a fish cleaning station for your catch. Plenty of room to park and charge your boat to be ready for the next day. Private deck/grill and sitting if you choose to cook your meal. Clean hot shower. Living area very clean with large screen TV/movies or books if you choose to read. Queen size bedding for a great nights rest. Very quiet with only the cows, birds and squirrels
