The Carriage House: Beautiful Farmland Views.

The Carriage House is the second floor of our cedar stables that was turned into an apartment years ago. It was completely redone this spring and professionally decorated to make it a cozy + luxe retreat with views to die for. While we no longer use the stables to house animals we still keep a few head of cattle + sheep in the pasture for your enjoyment. The wall of windows along the back of the apartment offer you the most stunning views of the surrounding farmland and an unforgettable sunrise.

A lovely tiny home with features and snugly feel that will keep you feeling right at home! Minutes off the 222 and right in the center of Lancaster County you will find much to keep you occupied. Tucked behind the edge of town, with a house on either side, meadow for the front view and woods behind, gives the feel of country but walking distance to shopping and food. There is plenty to do around here and we are more than happy to give tips on how to get the most from your stay. No tv provided.

Located on a farm in the heart of Amish country and amid one of the largest concentrations of antiques in America, we are central to many attractions, yet quaint and secluded enough to provide a relaxing retreat. The Covered Bridge Cottage started out in the 1800’s as a mill office and over the years was converted into a home through several additions. The house has been in our family for close to a century and it was our honor to restore it to a comfortable, energy efficient, durable home.

The central location can't be beat: 18 min to Sight & Sound Theater, Strasburg Rail Road & Dutch Wonderland, only 10 min to the village of Bird in Hand, and 5 min to Kitchen Kettle Village in Intercourse. This townhome was just built in 2020, and the Airbnb basement portion was finished in 2022, giving this space a new clean and fresh aesthetic. While the rest of the townhome is lived-in by us, the owners, all of the space you are booking is completely private.
