Spacious apartment with high ceilings. The back porch has a fantastic view of Charleston harbor. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, very close to downtown and also to beaches. Private dock, kayaks, bicycles (not fancy) and the possibility, weather and tides permitting, of a motorboat ride around the harbor. Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. The Riverbend is located just outside of Wilmington NC in the quaint town of Burgaw. Nestled on the banks of the NE Cape Fear River, this is the perfect place for a getaway. Just under a mile from Old River Farms wedding venue, 20 minutes from downtown Wilmington, and just a little more to Wrightsville Beach. The house sleeps 10 adults or up to 12 with kids. Enjoy the dock, shoot some pool and play some foosball. This place has everything.

The next comment is "I thought we were way out in the country but it's only 20 minutes to the waterfront town of Georgetown, with shops, dining, museums and more. Looking to get away? This place is truly a retreat- a 3 bedroom house on the beautiful Black River in Georgetown. Four kayaks provided, swim or fish off the dock just a few steps from the house.

Beautifully located in the tree lined Harbor Island community of Wrightsville Beach. Amazing view of Banks Channel from the top floor porch/sunroom along with the back door stunning sunset view over the marsh and elementary school. Enjoy riding our bikes, paddling on provided kayaks in Banks Channel across the street, a jog around the famous 2.5 mi loop, or a fun day at the beach! Easy 10-minute walk or very short bike ride to the beach, bars, restaurants, coffee, shopping, and ice cream!

Sip coffee on the back porch while overlooking the back 40 with cows grazing and calves frolicking. Cozy up and star gaze by the fire pit in the yard or have a cocoa by the fireplace while you relax on our 200 acre farm deep in the woods away from the hustle. This is your place. Walk down the holly trail and gather wildflowers, unplug! Chickens & goats range the yard.
