It has good WiFi, Amazon fire stick with Disney plus Netflix and an Amazon Alexa which will play any song. Recently refurbished, the apartment has a fully fitted kitchen and modern bathroom with a shower and bath (ideal for relaxing after a long day of walking/site seeing).

Ideal as walking base or base when working in the area. Good parking just outside the barn - vehicles can be left whilst you walk the glorious hills around. Cooked breakfast available in the dining room in the farmhouse for £10 per person - includes the choice of sausage, bacon, eggs etc.

The School House, a charming 200-year old cottage.

Marnwood School House is a beautiful holiday cottage with bags of charm. The cottage dates back 200 years, where it was originally used as a school house for the poor but Reverend Bartlett in 1824. The property has been fully restored to an excellent standard, whilst still retaining its period character. The property is just a few minutes drive from Ironbridge, which offers lots of attractions and activities for all ages, as well as great places to eat.

Situated in Jackfield, just down the Severn river from Ironbridge, this charming four-bedroom terraced house set-back from the river, was converted from an old tile factory. Newly renovated, it offers a wonderful base from which to explore the Ironbridge Gorge and museums, and to enjoy the Shropshire countryside.
