We can offer you long walking paths around the house, visiting our animals, trying our home made products and so one. Our family is a big fan of rural lifestyle and agriculture. We are all engaged in the cultivation of agricultural products and homemade food. If you are looking for a quite family place, a place to rest, you are welcome. It is located in an area close to the sea. Walking distance to the nearest and biggest beach in Rabac is 250 meters. The décor of the apartment is clean and fresh and modern (check out the photos). Villa Laeta - feel true colors of Istria

NOTE: only Saturday to Saturday reservations accepted. Traditional Istrian house located in the heart of Istria in the small village of Mrkoči, surrounded with untouched nature. The house was completely renovated in 2020 using only natural materials and respecting the Istrian cultural heritage. A beautiful swimming pool stands out on the spacious garden. Every detail was carefully taken into account when arranging the house.

Authentic Istrian stone house built in 1922. This house is fully renovated and equipped to provide you all you need. Modern interior, fully equipped kitchen, relaxing living room, spacious bedrooms with private bathroom, an outdoor dinning area with grill, private pool and parking on the property. Each room is carefully designed by our designer. All this will afford you enjoy your holidays and fill up your batteries.

Veranda - Seaview Apartment

The apartment is situated close Opatija city center, only a few minutes away by car or an eight minutes walk. It consists of a living room, bedroom, a dining room, two bathrooms, kitchen, sauna, open space lounge, terrace, a surrounding garden and a car parking. Thanks to the fact of being in the ground floor with a surrounding garden you have the sensation of renting a house and not an apartment.
