We are just 6 miles from downtown. Although attached to the main home, your private rental is complete with a kitchenette, full bathroom, living area, and gorgeous bedroom. Nestled beneath tall pines and rugged mountain bluffs you will find a peaceful river retreat in your lovely home away from home. One of the best fishing & swimming holes is directly out the front door! ~5 miles to downtown to catch talented folk musicians on the square, head up to the famous Blanchard Springs Caverns & Ozark-St. Francis Forest for hiking/biking, or to Big Flat, AR for our award-winning brewery.

Take in the panoramic vistas from the covered porch, then find the fire pit deck where a staircase descends through an opening in the cliff wall. A third deck is tucked between rock and water. With torches and fire pits on each level, nights under the stars are as magical as days spent fishing or exploring in a provided kayak.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The High Noon Cabin is the 1st of three cabins being built on our beautiful property next to the White River. Everything in this off-grid cabin was hand made using locally resourced lumber and supplies. Enjoy the beautiful scenery throughout the year - sunrise to sunset. Seriously this is the best neighborhood in our area with warm wonderful full-time residents. This property has wonderful outdoor living spaces with lots of elbow room such as the detached deck, covered parking, and firepit - all with some privacy features. Doggie friendly with kennel provided. <br><br>

Calico Bluff American Cabin

Our cabin sits on a bluff about 60-80 feet above the White River with a beautiful view from back deck! This deck is literally on the edge of the bluff! 180 degree view of river and beautiful pasture across river from cabin. Our cabin is one of three that sit fairly secluded on land with private road. We own the middle cabin & 6.6 acres around and across gravel road from it. Signage alerts public they are trespassing. Very quiet.
